On September 29, the DuPage County Chiefs of Police Association unanimously endorsed Coroner Richard Jorgensen, MD for re-election.

The association’s statement discussed Dr. Jorgensen’s “committed leadership efforts in fighting the opioid epidemic" and Dr. Jorgensen’s “value of life for the people of DuPage County.”
